Welcome to the Adoption Wise website http://adoptionwise.com. Adoption Wise was
established as a non-profit corporation in 2000 by founder Laurie Aragon.
In November of 2004 the Corporation was dissolved and the AdoptionWise name and
website were sold to Laurie Aragon which she incorporated into the new for-profit
California Corporation Adoption Insight http://adoptioninsight.com.

Adoption Insight dba as Adoption Wise is a for profit adoption facilitation service. Adoption
Insight is not a licensed adoption agency, but rather a licensed business and legally
incorporated in the State of California.

Adoption Wise will successfully facilitate approximately 30 adoptions in the year 2006. For
